Parachute-Paris is a parachute jumping school that offers both courses and single jumps. The instructors at this school are all trained professionals who follow strict safety rules issued by the French Federation of Parachuting.
If you want to jump, you have to present proof of identity and social security card or any document equivalent to those. You must be at least 15 years old and if younger than 18, you have to provide written parental permission. Only people who weigh less than 90 kg (198 pounds) are allowed to jump.
The aeroplane flies from Peronne-St Quentin Airport, Monchy-Lagache. It is located about an hour and a half from Paris if you go by car and take A1. To get there by train, start at Gare de Massy-Palaiseau or Roissy and go to the Gare TGV Haute-Picardie, then take a bus to Peronne – it’s about 10 kilometres.
