Fly across Parisian skies over picturesque countryside and medieval villages in a hot air balloon if you like thrills and breathtaking sights. You will definitely appreciate the beauty of Paris and environs and get your adrenalin pumping.
In general, the flight altitude varies from just a few to 600 metres above ground. These differences in heights stem from the whole idea of a balloon ride, which is the ability to contemplate nature and admire the scenery unfolding before you.
You will meet the service crew in front of Dourdan train station. After the flight they will bring you back to the station. A light meal or a sandwich before the whole adventure is strongly recommended.
The total duration of the service is about 3 hours and a half. On-site transfer and installation takes about one hour. Balloon flight lasts for 1 hour (+/- 10 minutes). After the landing, there is folding and packing to be done (1 hour). You also get to toast your adventure with champagne.
Take RER C (direct train) at Bibliothèque Francois Mitterrand or Gare d’Austerlitz train station and go to Dourdan station (not Dourdan-La-Foret).
The train is about 15€. Of course you can use a car to get to the location.
