The 140-metre-long, covered walkway of Passage Jouffroy, with its structure composed exclusively of glass and iron (with only decorative wood additions), comprises an important indicator of the technical evolution of the 19th century. Nowadays it is a place full of shops selling toys, oriental furnishings, as well as cinema books and posters.
The passage was originally built as an extension of Passage des Panoramas and its white, black and gray floor depicts geometric pattern of squares.
