Chimera consists of a salad bar, cake shop, restaurant, catering service and a lamp shop. The restaurant, located in 14th-century cellars, provides traditional Polish cuisine, but avoids excessive use of fats. Long time ago the place was used for storing alcohol and today it serves the best East European wines. There is also a special tourist menu with famous Polish dishes, such as pierogi or żurek.
The salad bar is located in the heated backyard under the roof and is the biggest of its kind in the city. The cake shop offers both takeaways and on-site eating. The products are free of raising agents and can be bought wholesale. Chimera also provides catering service. It operates on big corporate events as well as on much smaller, family parties. Finally, the lamp shop. In this place you can find vintage lamp bases and one-of-a-kind, handmade lampshades made of paper or metal.
