Square du Temple is a park with a playground and facilities for playing table tennis. Founded in the 19th century, it is adorned with statues of important figures of that time, like poet and songwriter Pierre-Jean de Béranger or sculptor Amédée Donatien Doublemard. It also holds a plaque commemorating 85 Jewish children who lived in the 3rd arrondissement and were deported to Auschwitz between 1942 and 1944.
